The gap between what comes out of the ground and what an industrial buyer can actually use is where crushing and screening earns its place. SSN Minerals processes raw coal and chrome material into specified sizes and grades — consistently, to documented tolerances, and at the volumes that commercial supply agreements require.

What We Do

Primary Crushing

Reduction of run-of-mine material to workable fractions. We handle coarse feed from active operations and process it down to the size ranges required for further screening or direct supply. Plant configured for coal and chrome feed material.

Screening & Sizing

Separation of crushed material into consistent, specified size fractions. Whether the end product is Peas, Duff, small nuts, or a specific chrome concentrate fraction, screening is where specification is either met or missed. We run screening circuits calibrated to agreed tolerances — not approximate ranges.

Secondary Crushing

Further size reduction where downstream application requires tighter fractions. Applied where primary crush output needs additional processing before it meets buyer specification or enters a screening circuit.

Scalping & Fines Removal

Removal of oversize material and fine fractions that fall outside specification. Clean product means less contamination, better combustion performance for coal applications, and higher-grade material for chrome buyers.

Applications

Coal sized for industrial boilers, power generation feed, and export grade requirements. Chrome material processed to ferrochrome smelter feed specification. ROM material beneficiated for buyers who require a processed product but source from unprocessed operations. Custom size fractions for specialist industrial and commercial applications.
